Trudy Potts is a mum of 2 beautiful girls and became the sole owner operator in 2016 by purchasing The Natural Waffle Cone Ice Cream Parlour. Being a mum business women always looking to make a difference in one’s life. The Natural Waffle Cone is an iconic small business on the Forster Main Street for over 40 years now. Serving the BEST Real creamy Natural ice cream on the Mid North Coast.
Trudy Potts and team of 28 plus staff have been building and growing this ice cream magic world by intruding ice cream cakes & many delicious desserts. Trudy & Team Natural Waffle strive to go the extra mile to ensure our customers leave with a smile from ear to ear. Making Grandmas hot waffles using Trudy’s Grandmas recipe and using all natural ingredients made to order.

The Natural Waffle Cone Ice Cream Old Bar Grand opening 1/1/2022 employing 15 locals. Working along with the local schools offering work experience and job trials to build confidence and introduction to work for many school students.
Trudy is working towards cooking all waffle cones on site in The Natural Waffle Cone Old Bar business.
